Has anyone been on the water??? How's the striper fishing? I hope to go out in he next week or so and would love to hear how everyone is doing. Thanks ahead of time for any reports!!

I haven't been on the lake since 23rd of Nov. It should be good fishing though.

I was out about two weeks ago and found a few in the backs of creeks chasing small shad. Managed to catch a couple with a bucktail and a small fluke attached. I'm hoping to get out right after christmas or maybe even tomorrow. Tomorrow will depend of if momma will let me off baby duty for a few hours while she's cooking  |

What little bit I have been has been wishy washy. 1 day the bite is good and the next is nothin. kinda frustrating. Im thinking bout making the haul across the mtn tomorrow and fishing the roanoke side.
