From the Bay

Went back tot he Bay. Couldn't resist after last weeks trip with Tyler. Started Friday with sweet sunrise...



Wasn't long before we hooked up.....


(That's my "Tyler" smile)

Nice fish once again...



They bit pretty good....



And another nice fish...



The weather was perfect Friday and Saturday....



Most of our fish were around the 40-41" range....



They were hammering the eels.....



High lite was back to back 43"ers....



And the other 43"er...



We ended up with 8 fish....



It was a fun trip and Tommy caught his personal best.....


This isnt his biggest, just a cool shot with the sun on the fish. Hated to see it end.....



Hopefully I'll get one more trip in before the end of the year.

Awesome Don! I am counting down the day's until the after christmas trip. That will be a Merry Christmas present to myself!

I'm hoping I can get down there for a day or two - have to see how we can work it in with family stuff...... and given my trailer has been modified to fit a 21' Carolina Skiff, I guess I'm going to be dependent on that boat going and/or someone having a spare seat ;D

Tyler's boat did look pretty good on your trailer, Mike! I'd say if he hasn't washed it yet, take his boat! It fishes good when its dirty.
Jay, I hope I do see you up there. Trying to work it out here.
Leo, its a great fishery and I cant wait til Jack can go, but he gets seasick and this trip is kinda of a do or die trip. If you go, you gotta go. If you know what I mean.
