2 boys 16 or younger in a jon boat with what looked to be an old 9.9hp in the Hales Ford/Water wheel area. One was a chubby toehead throwing a cast net the other a smart alec bean pole at the tiller. If these younguns are yours or sound like someone you know please teach em both some courtesy and some common sense. The long and short of it is they were being super reckless and a danger to themselves more than anything hotdogging that little boat and doing "donuts" in fairly shallow water with no lifevests to be seen with water temps below 50. I had some words with them after a particularly egregious encounter that endangered myself and my fishing partner. Please let these kids parents know
