I have an Abu Garcia 5500 or 6500 C3 and it is one of the Sweden reels. It is left hand retrieve and I would like to trade it for a right hand if anyone is interested. I believe it is the 6500 I can check next time I am at the lake.

i'm a fan, and i love left hand retrieve, though im right handed. rod belongs in my dominant right arm. sadly, im just not in the market for any new reels right now. nor do i have anything to trade. also since its left handed i believe it would be 6501. the "01" on the end means left handed for abu reels. I have the 6601 - C4 sweden model...and the 5601 BCX china model lol. wish i could help though, just cant swing it right now...

Let me check my rod locker to see what I have.... I could use a good casting/spinning set up for stripers that are busting. The reel is on a 7 foot power pole as well. |
