I was wondering what other people use I been useing the professor kystal vision original for years. And has worked great.

I was reading to be very careful what u use because the screens have a coating on the to keep sun glare down and stuff I read says never use windex or a paper towel because it will scratch the screen. Did read windex all purpose with vinegar will work and not hurt anything. I think I will stick with the kystal vision : )

Yes you have to watch the ammonia (blue windex), it will take off the anti-glare coating on some of the units. Humminbird says windex all purpose vinegar is what they prefer. Lowrance says different things for different units. It lists it in the users manual.
I just use a spritz of water for my gen 2 touch, and the cloth that came with the unit. If you do that every trip you shouldn't have to use a cleaner.

I use a mix of vinegar and water to clean my screens and a old piece of flannel to wipe them down with.

I use the pre-moistened lens wipes for eye glasses. They come in a resealable packet. I get them in the eye care section of the grocery store or CVS/Walgreens.
