Went to Rocky Mount last night so I stopped by the Magnum Ramp to see if it was usable, There was 2 trucks in the parking lot with bass boat trailers and the ramp looked to me like I could get mine in no problem. Yet still I decided to go to leesville this morning. Put in at 8 and the lake was pretty trashy. Found a clear stretch with lots of fish in it and set out a spread of Bomber Deep Long A's. Wont long and I picked up the 1st fish. a small dink. Took a good long while before I could get another fish but finally put a 2nd in the boat. I circled back and forth over these fish for hours, done figure 8s, S'd through them and pulled it all in and jigged and jigged and jigged some more but they just wont hungry today. I did pick up a few white perch jigging but that was it. Saw Leo out and about playing with his fancy smancy sonar.....(cant hide money) It was good to see ya and talk to ya for a little bit.
