Would like some opinions. I had pretty much made up my mind on a trolling motor. Really like the terrova with ipilot link. Was very close to buying the terrova. Then I just found out the 2017 models are different. They have some kind of stow and deploy assist spring. Not really a big deal to me. But the ipilot link has some newer features and upgrades. Also looks like a new remote with touch screen. This should mean older units will go on sale? Any thoughts on buying the new model? Is it kinda like a new model car? Don't buy the first one. Wait for bugs to be worked out. All thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated. When I get one it will be the most expensive accessory ever purchased for the boat. Just trying to make an informed decision.
