Mandatory Captain's Meeting
Where: Halesford Harbor Inn - either on the patio out back (lake-side) or potentially in the suite just past the office (look for a sign and/or open door)
When: Friday, 10/18, 6pm - 9pm - come anytime during that window, should only take 10-15 min depending on the crowd. If you absolutely cannot make it during that window of time, give me a call and we can explore optoins
Bring your release form, signed by ALL members of your team, and bring CASH for the entry fee & optional big fish - smaller bills ($20's or less) are preferred if possible
Tournament Day - 10/29
Lines-In: 7:00am (note this is a change from previously published information)
Check-in: to be held at Halesford Harbor, Opens at 3pm, closes promptly at 4pm - MUST have a team-member in line by 4pm - Raffles to begin approx 4pm, awards to follow
We are going to be holding a 50/50 Cash Raffle and have a donation box to assist in raising funds for a little 3 year old named Chloe that has just undergone a bone marrow transplant and recovering at the Ronald McDonald House at Duke. She is the granddaughter of a member of the SML Bassmasters and we want to help come together to assist them with their financial needs during this time.
We will have food (hot-dogs, chips) and some cold drinks (tea, lemonaide, waters) for tourney participants
Parking: With the expected turn-out, parking is going to be tight - both by land or water. If coming by water, the docks in front of the hotel may be used, as well as docks near the gas pumps - just do not dock on those reserved for Jakes. If coming by land - if possible, consolidate vehicles and if you can, leave the boat/trailer behind before coming to the Inn. Parking will be at the hotel and in the lot to the left of the hotel. If needed, you can put a few cars (or trailers) down in the lot with other trailers as you exit the Jake's parking lot. Do NOT park in the Jakes lot where marked.
