Awesome bud, nothing like the Bluestone, Greenbrier and New rivers. Lots of found memories there. Fished the Greenbrier couple weekends ago. Can't help but tell this story, When I was younger, my buddy and I decided to go wade fish the Greenbrier. Got to Hinton, just before the bridge in front of Bluestone dam. (New River) Saw a friend of mine truck parked in a wide spot next to the highway. Knowing he was older and a heck of a river fisherman, pulled over to see if he was doing any good. He and 4 other guys held up stringers of fish and motioned for us to come on down and join them. We fished along side of them and smoked the small mouth. Raymond (the older friend who was already there) loved radishes and always carried a bag of them in his shirt pocket and would eat on them all day. After fishing a few hours with them, heard someone yell down to us from up next the highway. Two guys wanting to know if we were doing any good. Raymond told us all to hold up our stringers and told the 2 guys to come on down we were leaving, the fishing was really good and they could have our spot. They ran back to their truck to get their fishing rods, and Raymond said for us all to hurry and reel our lines in and put a radish on our hook and cast it back out into the river. The 2 guys were very excited to see the quantity and quality of our fish and asked what we were catching them on. Raymond pulled out the half empty bag of radishes and said we caught them on these. They really didn't believe us until we all reeled in and all had a radish on our hook. He offered them the radishes (which they gladly took). When we climbed back up the bank to our vehicles, we looked back down and they were baiting up with the radishes. So, you guys can see, I was corrupted at a young age. It's not my fault I post some of the things I do.

Ha, I forgot about that. Sounds like we should have brought some radishes too.

I'm not sure what looks better.. The orange candy slice or the meticulously tied Travis snell.
