I had a good night last night. Wound up with 50+ pounds of Channel Cats. The smallest was 4# and the biggest was 9.5#. All of them came from between Moorman's and Lynnville Creek, using Shrimp and cut Gizzard Shad. It was a beautiful Full Moon night. It seems the Cats have finished spawning. I never did hear the Stripers hitting on the surface like I did a couple weeks ago. I was marking a lot of them running with the Shad about 10-15 feet down.

It seems the Cats have finished spawning. YES!!! Been waiting to hear this. The smaller ones seem to get back to feeding first.

Hey Flathead what kind of areas do you look for when targeting catfish? I've been fishing drop offs mostly. One of my favorite places drops from 6'-7' down to 18' to 20'. I tried deeper water but haven't caught anything in holes deeper than 30'.
