Spent most of the Memorial Day weekend doing the family thing but did go out for a few hours on Sunday afternoon.
This is upper blackwater (magnum and above). Didn't want to run all the way down to lower lake with potential to get drenched.
5" gizzard were plentiful and easily caught. Pulled free lines way behind boards for a few hours with no luck. Mostly just enjoying the lake.
Pulled the boat out and home on Monday to put it to rest for the summer.
Time to break out skis and wakeboards. (Yes I am also one of those people)
