Saturday I had the oportunity to renew two relationships at the same time (killed two birds with one stone, so to speak). I got to spend time with my boat and a long time friend. Yesterday JD Abshire joined me for a day of fishing and fellowship. We had a very enjoyable day on the water, we caught a few fish and got to catch up on what's happening in each other's lives, we remembered ole times and just enjoyed each others company. Friendship is a special thing, please don't forget to spend time with your friends and family, these are what makes life special, not the fish you catch.

Couldn't agree more Leo, I spent last weekend on the lake with a friend ive known for 25 years or more, but don't get to see very often now
We caught a couple fish, but more importantly caught up on each others family and old times. Was a great day.

Mike, JD is doing fine. We got on some busting stripers, the problem was keeping up with them, I've never seen anything move so fast in my life, 70 pounds of thrust just ain't enough. We caught fish, just not what we thought we would. I did enjoy every minute of this time, JD is one of the smartest men I've ever met when it comes to electronics, everytime we go out together I learn something new. I am proud to call him my friend.

I've never met JD but he's provided me with so much information regarding Lowrance products. He's always been willing to help.
He is missed on these sites.

Poor ole JD is still in counseling after Leo's skinny dippin incident! I'm pretty sure Todd is over it now but his clients haven't been back to SML since!  |
