Decided it was time to do some night fishing Friday night. I started out tossing bucktails on a few points before nightfall and had no love. Took a little break and ate dinner on the water until it was "time". Headed way up lake around 9:30 and passed 5 or 6 boats and all of them had their lights on!! Crazy right? Wind was picking up so I had to find some slick water and that wasn't too hard. The fish were popping everywhere. I managed to catch 6 small fish and never moved more than 100 yards. By this time I was too tired to find another spot so I headed for the barn. Again, all boats that I passed had their lights on.
Blue and chrome Thundersticks were the prefered bait. Fish were all caught on the bank. I tried casting into deep water but no love.

Great report Gator! We were going to try and cast some on Friday night but spent way too much time catching bait.
