Howdy All.
Finally got down here for the night of fishing in 2016. All things considered, it was not a bad night. Caught one on the fifth cast of the night. Nothing too big, but was more than happy to not get skunked the first time out. Ended up catching 5 more for a total of 6 on the night before the storms and rain came. The biggest of the 6 was probably 23 or 24 inches. A fun fight for sure! It is hard to beat that striper bite. However, rain to the face at 40mph is not so fun...
Never really found a whole lot of fish breaking and didnt really mark a lot of the graph, but they seemed to be there. We were fishing the shallow stuff.
