Decided to get some minnows and do alittle crappie fishing around docks untill it was time for us to go cat fishing and landed 20 or so smaller black crappie. None worth keeping to eat. All hit smaller minnows around docks in 4-6 foot of water. But did manage to land a nice 8 plus pound flathead off a minnow on a ultra light with 4 pound line. That was a blast of a fight. Finished up with 2 more large mouths. Great weekend of fishing. Nothing brought to boat worth bragging about but definitely broke the skunks off the boat.
