Light breeze by mid morning
Pulled two free line PB bank side, one light line float and one two once channel PB. Bait was mongos, dollars bill ales and gizz. Took a while to get bait so I didn't start fishing until around 1130. Not long into my first pull the bank board got crushed pretty hard.
Turned out to be this 17 lb. girl.
I marked scattered fish throughout this area so turned around for another pass, but it was a bust. I had another blow up on down the bank. The bait got chased around in circles
three or four times, but the fish would not commit. I tried stopping and speeding up ... No dice. Got another blow up later in the day but didn't make the connection.
One in the boat was all I could manage.
I ran up on these three deer having a rest.
Forgot to mention the smaller deer on the right was a pie-ball , it's hindquarters were mostly white. Had an enjoyable day.
