A reliable friend of mine got into a decent size school of stripers today. He started catching them in the rocks and followed them to whipping creek. He had to stop fishing because he lost his anchor. He ended up with 28, only 2 keepers. I got there late as usual and fished the beginning of the rocks. I caught 12 between 16" and 22". I no there was no fish caught from brookneal boat ramp down to the sportsmen club. I haven't heard anything from there down. hopefully there is another school not far behind those.

My dad in law caught 12 yesterday and 10 today within sight of the brookneal bridge. One keeper. Others were 16" to 21"
