First time out since shoulder surgery so taking it easy. Was able to get bait fairly easy this morning nothing big but nice enough, throwing the net was challenging. Started fishing at 8 am with 6 planer boards bait down about 20 feet. Was able to land 3 stripers ranging in size from 24 to 28 inches and two large Mouth Bass up to 24 inches. The wind was light and the temps climbed into the 60's so it made the trip enjoying. Back to the dock at noon..

Nice report.
I would also like to compliment you on a 24" LMB. Do you remember how deep or area (dock, point, mouth of creek, blow down) that you caught the LMB?
I know that I sound ignorant or something, but, you striper fisherman are catching LMB bigger than I can ever imagine and your not afraid to devuldge that information. I can't buy a LMB report to save my life.
Thank you in advance and I'm glad that your surgery went well. Can't imagine throwing a net after that kind of surgery.

There was a home on the house tour two years ago in Park Place It's the large Brick one caught it just off the point. I had gone in a little closer to shore than I should and the bait was close to the bottom. I had gone out the day before and fished in Becky's creek. There is a large extended dock on the right hand side by the no wake buoys I had caught a nice LMB there also.... Good Luck...

There is a channel marker just after the Franklin County causeway to the park. If you go up I think two coves on the left just after the far point is where I caught the LMB...
