Has anyone ventured down the Stanton yet this rear? I've fished twice putting in at brookneal. Caught a few white bass the first time down the river. Fished again Saturday and caught one small buck up in the rocks. I heard there has been 10 stripers caught off the point in the past few days. The water is a little high with some color to it today. But thats the way I like it. I'll be in the rocks this evening will report what I do tonight.

My buddy caught a walleye a few perch and 2 stripers.
