1st off thanks for the insight on bait everyone, it paid off. We fished after work yesterdat pulling tos planer floats from the kayaks upriver from Hardy. Had some nervous baits but never did get on anything. On the bright side we found bait and Danny is flinging that 6ft net like a pro. We put 6 money makers in the tank, thats about max for my setup btw.

Lol...that's awesome. If there is one thing I've learned about catching shad lately it is that if you aren't pulling up a bunch of gunk with your net you aren't catching big shad. And that net is looking fairly dirty!
