Staying at the hotel on Indian tonight with the family. Tried finding some crappie but the 9 month old wasn't feeling it. Went back to the dock and let the 2 year old catch a ton of blue gills. A child of one of the other guest was watching us fish on the dock, he was maybe 8 or 10. Next I know sploosh, he done fell in. No PFD on and weary a heavy winter coat. Yanked him out, pretty sure his Dad give him a good one afterwards. Was gonna take the boat up to moosie's for dinner, but considering how well the 9 month old did earlier we decided to drive. Got back:
Fished from 10 PM to around 3 am.
Doing to night bite thing, got one off a point in the S Curves. Probably close to 5 pounds, give or take. I fished above Hardy on the night of 5/25 and goose egged...can't seem to get those fish to eat.
