Shad that is - caught my first mongo today!! Bait was spread out but finally got that shad of my dreams! Caught bait from 2- 4 today and pulled a few boards until dark with no success.
And man...the Blackwater is an Oklahoma farm pond kind of dirty right now....clears up a bit around Gill's though.
Going to try again tomorrow with my 1 mongo, a dozen dollar bills and a dozen 4-5" ales
Wish my trophy pic was a bit better but with only one of these bad boys I wanted to get him from the livewell holding tank into my bait tank as quickly as possible.
