I started makn my own umbrella frames this summer,we have had success with. The rigs are a little heavier (5oz) than standard rigs, I have installed #3 coast locks on the outsides and center and #4 duo lock snaps on the inside (i only put teasers there). I can put what ever size you want. The rigs have 20" arms, but have made some with as small as 8", and could make some larger. The 20" rigs are 5.00 ea., larger ones would be a little more. If interested, please let me know, I usually keep a few made up.
