First off Begin marking a lot of fish deep, but with leaving one of my tackle boxes at home, jigging tackle was limited. Was not going break out the cast net. So I broke out the U-rigs (translucent green swimbaits) and trolled up to B&B. Fish were stacked in the trees. Around 8:05 this rolled in Around 8:10 this chomped down as I went around the island fighting to avoid getting snagged in 15 FOW Trolled around that area for a while then headed back towards house on the opposite side. Picking up one more My wife texted me and asked "Do we fish in the snow?" Answer "Yep" her answer "your a nut!" I think she knew it was just me and the Loons out there today. Saw one other boat heading up lake following the birds. WT I think was 46 degs. when I headed the house the ATs were 35 degs. Wind had picked up to around 7-10 MPH Blustery !!! Don't usually fish in February, so I will be back in a couple months I HOPE? Kinda going thru the same life challenges as Piper.

Glad somebody got a couple today. My first ever experience throwing a cast net in a snowstorm......was awesome!
But I only got a couple of greenfish for my troubles...no stripers today on the blackwater.
