11/25/15 pre Thanksgiving

Matthew and I met primetime at his boat about 3am to try to go catch bait. Bait was fairly easy. We got about 50 or so nice size gizzards before daybreak.

Right after first light we got on some fish. We landed four 3 of them under the slot and 1 in it.







Everything slowed way down after 11 am and we were never able to connect again. Although we found the fish several times we couldn't get them to eat. All fish were caught on free line boards below the mud.

How deep was the bait?

We got all of them in 15 to 20 fow but they were close to the surface. All between 3am and 6am.
