Talked with someone yesterday that said AEP installed a new boom down at the dam - and that it is a sight..... anyone seen it or got pics yet?
apparently they had also not been flowing water and had the level down some for this work and maybe other at the dam... looks like it has been trickling back towards normal pond in the last few days....
