Fished this morning with my brother. Bait was kind of tough. Caught a ton but had to sort through it to get usable Ales. Fished 4 planers 4 downs a free and a float. Caught 7 from sunup to about 10. Ran out of bait (I can only keep about 25 alive in my jerry rigged tank). Ranged from 12 to 35 inches. 4 over 10 lbs. I'll try to post a picture. One of the most fun days of fishing I've ever had.

That's a cow not a fish. The cows at chikfila are upset. Haha. That's awesome. Looks like a lot of fun.

Nice fish,a bunch of those and you'll be selling that wake boat to somebody OUT OF STATE soon,hehe.Way to break in a new boat.Its on now,put your kids on them they will love it!

Nice catch! It seems all the fish migrated up the Blackwater instead of the Roanoke this year. Hmmmm. No more Hardy for me!

Thanks. I really need to post more. I find myself guilty of only posting on good days. Really enjoying everything about striper fishing. Even catching the bait. Can't wait to get my tank so I can start to focus on shad. I don't think it's even worth trying right now because I know I'd never be able to keep em alive to fish with the setup I have now. Can't wait for tomorrow. Be back at the bait at 5am.
