Well it's been 5 weeks since we have been to SML. Arrived last night, waited patiently for the wife to wake so she could take me to get the boat from the mechanic. So I patiently waited along the banks hoping to snag something. Landed a largemouth on my go to crank bait for SML. Finally got boat in the water (10:30am) it was nasty from being uncovered. Cleaned it up, charged some batteries and loaded up. Started pulling U-rigs around the S turns marked some fish but nothing eating. So I grabbed a bite and watched the Hoos until the 3rd qtr. 
? So headed back out and soon picked up a 26" Striper on the U-rig, stopped and tried to jig up the small school I found but they weren't interested. Lost another when it surfaced and spit the lure while trolling. Headed back to house, around 6:30 was walking the dog to do her business and to my surprise there were fish busting in the middle of the lake channel, lasted about minute. Started throw dog in the boat and go.
It was windy and cool before lunch but the wind died late afternoon. Not even sure of AT or WT just thrilled to have poles in the water. Tomorrow is another day.
