Striper Mafia Tournament Series Sponsorship Opportunities

As we finalize the planning for our 2015/2016 Striper Mafia Tournament Series, we are approaching potential sponsors for the tournament that can benefit from exposure of their products/services to the participants, spectators and general audience following the series, but also contribute to prize pool which will be awarded to participants in the tournaments so that we can make this series as attractive as possible to as many participants.

It is important to us that sponsors of these events receive value for their contributions, and as such we have established a set of sponsorship tiers in which increasing level of promotion and visibility will be provided to the sponsor based on their level of contribution.

There are a number of options for sponsorship available - from cash contributions to be used for "kicker" prizes to the placing prize pool & awards, tournament-specfic give-aways (with sponsor branding), and product/service contributions to be used in the tournament series.

We already have several sponsors that are participating in various ways - and we greatly appreciate your support and trust in these events.

We are very blessed by the level of support from the striper fishing community, as well as the local SML community that is being show for our tournament series. These sponsors will be what makes this a great series for all that participate.

We're still working on a few behind the scenes things to make this an even more fun even for all - it is very much our goal that there is an opportunity for all that come out and fish the event to walk away with something other than just sore arms from throwing the cast-net and reeling in stripers.

We also want to find a way to address two areas that are dear to our hearts....

- the 1st is getting kids involved in fishing. We're looking for a sponsor that also shares this passion and could assist us in providing a set of prizes for the kids that fish along with their "adult" teams. Helping with some cool trophies and a few nice prizes for them to walk away with would really put a smile on many of our faces.

- the 2nd area is one that several of you have reached out to Tyler and I about - and that is using these series in some form as a way to "give back" to one or more causes - another area that is very much on our mind. Our thoughts are that we want to get the first couple of events under our belt with all your involvement, "build a base" so to speak and then look towards one of the Spring events to have a charity focus on the events. We have some ideas on causes/charities, but open to hearing your thoughts - send them along to us in a PM. If someone feels very compelled, or has connections that could help us with make the charity component a larger part, we're all ears.

We are putting out a lot of effort to ensure that our sponsors get value from their involvement in this series - through visibility and awareness to potential customers - and hopefully you will support these businesses which are supporting this series as well the striper fishery on SML. But remember - sponsorship does not just have to come from businesses/companies - if one of the areas above compels you, let us know - and don't feel you need to take this all on your own.
