Looks like the 2016 festival will no longer be in Waynesboro. This will be interesting to see what happens since Trout Unlimited talked the City into taking the dam out on South River to improve the water temperature for trout. The real problem is the lack of water in the summer time. Back Creek dries up and runs underground in some places. This was the biggest political fiasco that I can remember with talk of a blue ribbon trout stream while the majority of the people were against it. I look for this to come back to haunt Trout Unlimited.
