Fished a couple hours in the morning drizzle, and got a nice mixed bag:
19" largemouth
2 channel cats 22 & 24"
20" striper
6 white perch 11-13"
All fish were caught on creek trapped shiners from 2' - 20' deep. Missed my fair share of bites as well.
Water was clear and 58 degrees. The bite was extremely slow overall, with the fish very spread out.
