Hey, thought I was about to meet you saturday..... drifted by a couple guys and 1 of them had on a stetson. Yelled gator 4 or 5 times but they just kinda looked at me like I was drinking and gave me a wide birth..... was on the roanoke side. Wasn't me. I wear mostly American hats those Stetson guys must fish the Roanoke side. Lol. |

Yeah, after I yelled and they didn't turn around I realized it wasn't you.... when they did finally turn around, in an attempt to save face, I pointed at a 5 or 6ft. piece of wood floating near by..... I don't think it worked.   |

I guess the big schools I encountered at R60 Sunday evening are south of the bridge now? I was on a big school that same morning at R65..... though tons of fish move to the damn area to spawn..... until I'm proven wrong, I don't think the fish that far north move down to spawn, they move up to the river.... if you're not still mad at me Bentrod, would really like to hear your thoughts on this. |

Gator might be more like seeing Mongo from Blazing Saddles.;D Blazing Saddles is one of my all time favorite movies. lol |

I watched it with my grandson a while back he almost couldn't breath after mongo slugged that horse and the campfire scene!! ;D

This was something that my wife and I took on without any reservations. Not what I thought I'd be doing at my age but we couldn't let him get lost in the drug addict world. I initially got him out of it Rambo like with a shotgun and my glock, broke down the door and just took him away then made it legal in court. Only thing missing was a flashbang, just didn't have any. |
