Now I'm all paranoid. I did notice that the camera gets hot and I wonder if that little cover for the SD card compartment helps shield it from the heat. One thing I do is religiously change my batteries when they get down to one bar. This definitely helps with heat issues and may be the reason I have yet to have issues.
