Started 0730 above Hales Ford and fished until 1230. Landed 8 stripers, 4.5lb LM and missed 3 stripers. Casting bucktails to the bank was my pattern. Some busting action during overcast skies and moderate winds. When the sun popped out and the winds increased no more action on top and pick up a couple stripers just blind casting. 23"-28" and thick as footballs! Water temps 55 degrees. Bonus for the day was stopping at a dock and caught 12 nice crappie! Overall a great time, but getting tired of the high winds! Attachments:

Good report good day. I fought those winds Tues-Friday. Nothing worse when fishing glad you overcame it.
