My avatar ocean cow pic went 51 inches and 50 pounds on an eel at the high rise CBBT just after last thanksgiving. Weighed in and citation plaque should be here soon. Here are a couple of pics so you guys can recognize us on the lake. If you need to thin out your bait tank, don't hesitate to come on by and and give us a few, or just come by to say hi! Yes so thankful I have a wife that loves to fish with me!

I'm thankful I still have a wife and that she puts up with me fishing, talking about fishing and constantly messing with my fishing paraphernalia. Just this morning she asked, "Hey.. Do you wanna skip the park and just go fishing?" Then I awoke from my dream. But... She was laying beside me.....

no bait caught so we caught and ate lots of fat crappies Sunday and my wife wanted to leave early today. thought i heard her say get up let's go to north for some striped ones, but then I woke up and had to pack up the truck and head back to Shenandoah, Va.
might bring my son and 7 year old grandson back later this week!

I'm just thankful I still have a wife. I caught some fat specs too all while catching bait. Weather is looking good at the end of the week.

No doubt the crappie are huge on SML. My buddy (LBJ) and I caught a 3.5 lb crappie in our net. It was the biggest crappie I have ever seen.

warrior, I scouted that area pretty hard yesterday. from scurves all the way back in waltons. marked 2 decent "fish" with random small marks at times. water temps were surprisingly low (48 was the high). def. head north next time.
