If you encounter dangerous debris on the lake that is a hazard to navigation (logs, timbers, parts of docks, wheels, etc) - report it - AEP has responsibility for such and should come remove it.

Provide details on the type of debris, which lake (SML or Leesville), and the nearest marker.
If the debris is something like a barrel which looks like it could be full of something, or if there is a spill on the water - call 911 (yes, 911 - that is guidance from AEP and the local authorities) and the right folks will be sent out to investigate and manage as appropriate.
