Using a combination of ML and MH Ugly stick Striper rods all with Diawa Accudepth line counters and 20LB big game.
Use PLine or Seaguar Flourocarbon for leaders.
I pour my own lead and have everything from 1/8 oz to 3 oz on the boat for light lines thru downlines.
Use only Gama circle hooks in various sizes.
Use the built-in tank on my boat console (23 Gallons) with Pro Air and a bait spa, Lowrance LCX38HD, Cracker 8' nets and a Minn Kota with co pilot.
After reading Mikes post I realize I forgot the rod holders and boards. For the holders I use... 6 Scotty's with the Scotty Extensions and flush mounts down the sides, 4 in Gunnell off the back and 4 Taco clamp ons on the leaning post. By the way Shadslinger this is a statistic I do care about! ;D I have a 6 rod locker, 4 rods under gunnel and 9 on the console for 33 total capacity. HA!! Now if I could just afford enough rods to fill them up! Combo of outcast and redneck planers with pigtails (can't do without the pigtails)

Great topic Shadslinger - Here's how I'm setup..... figure I'd do a little picture posting with it as well... Downrods:Okuma Magda Pro 20DX but changing over slowly to Abu-Garcia 6500LC's as birthdays, Christmas's and Fathers Day's come and go..... Shakespeare "Striper Rods" - ML, 7' Planer board or light line / float rods:Pfluger Trion 66 - no longer made Shakespeare "Striper Rods" - MH, 7' Line- Mono:I'm changing over to Suffix 20 lb in the "smoky blue" color at Dewayne Lamb's recommendation - was using 25 or 30 but the 30 just seems to heavy - I'll regret it when that big fish heads to the trees Line - Flourocarbon Leader:YoZuri H.D. Carbon Flourocarbon "Disappearing Pink, 15 - 30 lb depending on the situation Hooks:Gamakatsu Octopus Circles for downlines (1/0 - 2/0 usually), and Octopus hooks (J-hooks) for planers, floats, lightlines (1/0 - 6/0 depending on bait). Floats:Redi-rig floats Planer Boards:Outcast Planers where the clip swivel has been replaced with a "pig-tail" swivel Rod Holders:Cabela's Quick-Draw rod-holders Bait Tank SuperBait Tank II, retrofitted with a Dannco venturi aerator ( www.danncollc.com/venturi.htm )

BentRod, I would really like to see your 275gal shed tank...I bet that thing would hold gizzards for weeks when it is cool out... How does it work this time of year? It seems like it would be a pain to keep the water cool when it is really hot out..
