Went off the road early this morning and the wheel found a hole, threw the boat up in the air so hard when it came down it bent the A frame in the rear down about 3 inches. The strap came loose on that side.
My question is whether or not I can have a new section of the frame welded in. Its a galvanized frame.

Ouch. Glad only the trailer came away worse for wear.

Similar thing happened to me. Took it to the welder dude at Anna Point. Guy did a great job and was reasonably priced. I can't remember his name but could figure it out if you wanted to move forward.

Galvanized metal is weldable.

Might try a frame shop they may be able to bend it back and repair it.
