You must be clearing your browser cookies - or surfing the Web in "Incognito" or "Private" mode which does not store cookies - that's the only time I get that.... If not - then I'd suggest going to support.proboards.com/ and asking there - they are the Forum software developer & hosting location - we just use the free forums that they provide.....
