Leave for a little bit, and everything changes...  I have operated Crystal Shores Marina (old Smith Mountain Yacht Club) for the last 3 years. While new to SML, I have been an avid outdoorsman my entire life. I am still figuring out the fishing and hunting on the lake but have had some success over the last few years (thanks to my lurking abilities). In any case, Nice to be Here! |

Welcome (back). I hear the hunting ON the lake is a bit tough - although I remember some pics of deer on the water, so maybe it is not that hard ;D.
Quick question - how long will Waller's be open past Labor Day?

I hear the hunting ON the lake is a bit tough - although I remember some pics of deer on the water, so maybe it is not that hard ;D. Just make sure to sharpen your props a little. Waller's will be opened until October 27--big Halloween party. After Labor Day, he will be open Friday (dinner) Sat. (lunch and dinner), and Sunday (lunch and dinner). Stop by and say "Hello" if you come down. My office is in the back of the restaurant. |
