What does that mean 180 Thunderbird boat ....Formula 180 model which is only one of a few models that were built for an outboard. I like a boat with an outboard since there is more space inside, less fire hazard, and about 500 pounds less weight. To me the idea boat for trailing would be about 23 or 24 foot outboard model with a cabin. I bought the boat in 1973 and kept it at the Beacon Marine which is now Virginia Dare. Here is a picture taken on Lake Powell in the fall of 1977. You can go about a 170 miles up the lake but I only made it to about 100 miles. You can look on the dept finder and see a 500 foot bottom while you are next to a 200 foot rock cliff. I need to get a new wiring harness for the engine and a new harness for the external connection to the control box. Here is a picture of the Natural Bridge. You can motor up to a dock and walk up under the bridge back then. Now it is off limits due to it being an Indian sacred site.

Checking my game cameras last week and four bucks show up. Their anthers are coming along nicely. I still haven't seen any turkeys with poults. With the foxes and great horned owl around, they have a hard time surviving. link

Here is last years video of two hens with poults. Since the size of the poults are different, I assume that the hen's eggs hatched at different times. They are feeding in the mountain laurel along the front bank. They eat a lot of bugs and weed seeds. It is probably too early for grasshoppers. link
