Can anyone report on impact that this week's rain has had on the upper parts of the river (lynville creek area)?
Thanks.

I am down by R25 water level is great but over the last two days the color of the water has become the color of tea and has a definite odor about it. I am wondering if we are heading into a algae bloom or something. We have been here full time for 5+ years and never smelled anything like this.

River was stained yesterday, had cleared up today, river was up some. Linville will be muddy due to the clear cutting above the bridge last year. Most likely some trash on the upper end towards Hardy.
