With all the rain coming I had to hit the crappie before the creeks muddied for a few days. Put it at Moormans at 5:30. 1st clue was no trailers in the parking lot, 2nd clue no boats running up or down the lake. Had to try anyway, just a few storm clouds no problem. Ran down the lake a ways and put out the lines, slow for the 1st few minutes then hit a school, caught fish steady for about 45 minutes. Started pouring which wasn't a concern, however one large flash of lightining changed that,time to go. Ended up with 29 all released.
