There has been bigger fish caught down here this year. And these stripers have improved in size a hole lot over the past few years..

Thats good to hear, whats the average now? I thought that was the purpose of lowering the keeper size was because no keeper size fish were being caught

Average is around 27" witch ain't no big fish to y'all lake fishing guys. The average a few years ago was around 18". So id say it has improved some. I've seen a few fish this year 16lbs plus witch was all most unheard of 2 or 3 years ago.
