Guys, just curious about everyone's favorite section of the lake for largemouth bass. I have spent most of my time fishing in the mid-lake area (mostly clear water). I bought a new boat recently and with its increased reliability I have felt comfortable expanding out. I have been trying each of the "arms" this spring and have had the most success in the Blackwater area. Just curious to see how everyone else feels.
Thanks.

I usually fish the Roanoke side, putting in at Hardy, because this is the most convenient for me...I can leave the house and be at the ramp in less than 30 minutes...when night fishing I like to put in at the State Park or the public ramp behind Waterwheel and fish between the two areas

Fished the upper end for years, put in at Moormans' and Chandlers with a small aluminum boat with a trolling motor. Then got a 17' Winner with a 115 on and started fishing more of the lake. Now most of my fishing is mid-lake, and learning that area.

I fish pretty much up and down the roanoke side from the dam up past mormans. Just depends on what mood I am in and who i am fishing with.

I usually fish out of Moormans or Hardy Bridge Ramp. Being a kayaker I also float down from the explorer park to Hardy quite frequently
