Its clear in the last pic they are doing some kind of construction/repair. Def. scary how much man controls these days though.

It was time to inspect the spillway & map the river bottom downstream to the Bellpoint Bridge.

Fished it a bunch myself. Before I left the other day the river bottom was full of kids catching carp by hand. It was a 3 ring circus.
