Do yall generally use artificials or live bait at night? I've been fishing the points with thundersticks, flukes, etc. from about 9:30-12ish but have not had much luck. Should I just stick to ales and shad or are there any other artificials that yall would recommend? Thanks

Brother...the 9-12 bite was on about a month or so ago and has quickly tailed off. You may be able to hit banks from 12-3am with some success but early morning and late afternoon into dusk seems to be it right now. If artificial is your thing try jigging in deeper water.

I like to use Xcalibur XR75's and Bomber Long A's as well. Just remember that the hooks on most artificial baits that we are using lack the back bone for a good fish.
