This guy is one of the best on the James --Eberwien's Catfishin' -- he has a site to visit and has been doing it all his life -- and he can put you on some big river stripers if it is the right time of the year -- Hopewell area --

If you have a chance to go to the james go! ITs a blast, I don't get to go near as much as I'd like. Id go with you, but I don't have enough experience on the river to trust my confidence in taking other than buddies to put you on big fish consistently. I'm still learning the river. Been hitting it 3 years now, still a lot to learn...

Liability or reliability? I've been wondering what the extra liability is for a cat trip vs a striper trip but now I'm thinking that may have been a stupid smartphone user mistake.

Mainly the chance of hitting some floating debris with the potential of hurting someone would be my guess.

Or getting hit while anchored up on a point as a boat flies down the lake at night cutting that corner a little too close....

Or insurance not covering the mishap because the guide is getting payed to chase non-game fish!
Probably a retarded law that says a guide is not allowed to receive moneys for non-game fish species!!
