I had been wanting to make another trip back to the Bay and every time we made plans something would come up or the weather would be bad down there. So we was going to roll down and fish Friday Saturday and Sunday then a Christmas dinner got moved to Friday night so that messed that up and then the weather looked bad for Sunday so I decided to leave late Friday night and Fish Saturday. We got bait around 600 and then went and put in at Cape Charles and headed out. Thanks to Yellow dog for sending us in the right direction. We got set up and made lots of drifts but no hook ups all day it was lot of fish being caught it just was not our day. I hope to have a trolling motor on my boat next year Striper season that way I can cover more water and use planner boards. the gas motor pulls them at 3 mph which is way to fast so we just used corks and ran some down rods we pulled out around 5.00 talked to Seajay then went got some dinner at Stingrays and headed back to Lynchburg. Got up this morning and scrubbed the boat down and put everything away and now we are read for some Red Drum and spade fishing this coming summer
