This is a rod holder for trolling that I used in place of the rear pedestal seat of my old Fish and Ski. It is made by Tite-Lok and I bought it from Cabela's. They currently retail for about $180 plus S&H. It is like new. If any one is interested shoot me a PM.    AJK |
